Paul examples orthodoxy without love is but nothing unto the Lord except mere religion without the true nature of a love relationship with the Lord. We can get so focused on the doing that we forsake the intimacy and relationship of the living, walking, and intimacy influenced with/by the love of God which we receive from God and give in return. We become professional Christians who are Christians who do the work we know to do, but like robots we have no true love with the One we are doing the work unto. We forsake the love of God through the abandonment of quality time and intimacy with God and replace such time with rules, regulations, and religiosity yet with no essence and presence of a true personal love relationship with God. ​
