If we get caught up in the religiosity regarding the Lordship of Christ, we miss the essence of the servitude of Christ to which he came into the world not to be served, but to serve and give His life as a ransom for many. Jesus does not want us to focus solely on the Lordship and authority in which He has and in which we must submit to and honor, but He also wants us to submit and accept His servitude which He represents about the kingdom of God.
